Meet The Team
David Vernon
David is a General Contractor and realtor, and has been an Airbnb Superhost since 2014. A graduate of the College of Charleston, David has called Charleston home since 2008. He's invested in this community and is your go-to guy for restaurant recommendations and things to do in the area.
David has enjoyed the passive income benefits of short-term rentals in a year-round tourist town and knows firsthand what it takes to operate a successful vacation rental property. He also knows the pains and challenges you’re facing on the guest, maintenance, municipal, and administration fronts.
As a StayLowcountry client, you get the benefit of his 10 years of experience optimizing property management processes + his construction and real estate expertise. He know what sells. He knows how to fix things. And he knows how to streamline.
Deidra Benson
Deidra is our eye for design (though David likes to think it’s him).
All the little touches that make our properties feel like a home away from home are all hers. Deidra delivers the kind of guest experience we all want when we travel. She’s the magic behind our high-touch, personalized service that you won’t find at a big property management firm.
